What sets 4Fs apart?
We’re more than a gym - we’re a community. You’ll find that we get great workouts in and encourage you to bring your whole self to the gym. We provide a safe and encouraging space for you to get workout accountability while having a great time!
What is HIIT Training?
HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a style of exercise that combines maximum-effort movements for short bursts with active recovery periods.
Our workouts are typically 35-45 minutes, with stretching both before and after the workout. You can expect to be in the gym for just under an hour each time you come.
HIIT workouts are designed to be challenging, and are fully adaptable to any fitness level.
I haven't worked out in a while - is this for me?
Our community is made up of busy parents and professionals - we know how hard it can be to prioritize a work out! That’s why our classes are intended for maximum benefit - all are an hour or less!
Whether you’re just getting back into working out or are looking to switch up your regimen, you’ll find friendly faces at 4Fs.
I need to qualify for my military PT test. Can you help me?
Yes. HIIT is an excellent way to get in solid cardio shape, and Jamal has limited availability to take on personal training clients as well.
